Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. The role involves helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a structured clinic setting, with collaboration from a supportive team. This is a full-time RBT position in Broomfield, CO, requiring active RBT certification and the ability to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, and compensation varies by education level (approx. $42,120–$58,240 annualized) plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
