Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and structured activities, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Eligible for guaranteed full-time hours with ongoing training, growth opportunities into leadership roles, and benefits including health insurance, holidays, PTO, and student loan repayment support. Flexible pathways to advance toward BCBA through the Everest Program and potential roles in clinical administration or operations management. Requires active RBT certification and completion of paid certification if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
