Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data.Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on kids’ growth. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training including coverage of RBT certification, and regular growth opportunities into clinical administration or BCBA pathways through the Everest Program. Scheduling is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
