Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role includes guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and growth opportunities within ABC, with compensation varying by education level (HS/Associate: $20.25–$24/hr; Bachelor: $21–$25.50/hr; Master: $21–$28/hr).
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
