Job Summary
RBT role providing one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and participate in guaranteed full-time hours with opportunities for growth, paid training, and ongoing certification support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old or older
- Comfortable with physical activity including sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor
- Team mindset and ability to support nearby clinics as needed
