Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. This full-time role requires active RBT certification and offers growth opportunities within ABC, including potential advancement to admin, operations, or BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
