Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy space; collaborate with a supportive team; and engage actively throughout sessions. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training including RBT certification, and opportunities for growth into clinical administrator, operations manager, or BCBA pathways.
