Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, regular raises, comprehensive benefits, and clear advancement paths within ABC. Start date is immediate; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs in Rowlett, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or Associate’s Degree (pay scale provided for HS/AA)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
