Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy space and collaborate with a supportive team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time hours with paid RBT certification and opportunities for career growth into leadership or BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
