Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and maintain a safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team. This is a full-time RBT role in Jersey Village, TX with daytime hours Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional), offering growth opportunities into clinical administration, operations, and BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years or older
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work one-on-one with children in ABA therapy
- Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby clinics if needed
