Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBT position performing one-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain an active pace in therapy sessions, stay engaged, and ensure a clean, safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in growth opportunities including leadership roles and pathways to BCBA through the Everest Program. Full-time hours with predictable daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; optional Saturdays), two Allen, TX clinic locations, immediate start dates, and benefits including health insurance, holidays, PTO, and training. Requires active RBT certification and the ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
