Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy space and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High School Diploma or higher
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and working with children
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
