Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Role includes guaranteed full-time hours, ongoing training, and growth opportunities into leadership/clinical analyst paths.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor frequently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
