Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data while working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout active sessions. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed, occasionally assisting nearby clinics if additional coverage is needed. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality while completing paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
