Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBT needed for full-time role at Action Behavior Centers in Lakewood, CO. The position involves working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and promoting engagement through activities like play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on tasks. Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or associate/bachelor/master degrees acceptable for pay scale), and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; on-site in Lakewood, CO.
