Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged, maintain a safe environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Role offers guaranteed full-time hours, onboarding with paid training, and clear growth paths toward leadership or BCBA roles, with hourly pay based on education level. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Located in Duncanville, TX with in-person responsibilities.
