Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, and progressive growth opportunities into clinical administrator, operations manager, and BCBA paths. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; location is Lombard, IL.
