Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) sought for full-time role in Leander, TX. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; 40 hours/week with guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for growth into leadership and BCBA pathways. Competitive pay by education level, with HS/Associates: $17.50–$24/hr, Bachelor’s: $21–$25.50/hr, Master’s: $23.50–$27/hr; pay scales are reflected in annualized compensation.
