Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role requires completing paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire, and offers guaranteed full-time hours with regular raises, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth into administrative or BCBA pathways. Located in Frisco, TX, the position is a full-time clinic role with daytime hours Monday–Friday and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
