You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a clinic setting. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and movement
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and potential to support nearby ABC clinic
