Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA techniques. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay actively engaged during therapy, and maintain a safe, organized environment. Role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training and RBT certification, and clear growth toward leadership/clinical roles. Location is Cary, NC with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; optional Saturdays based on patient needs; compensation varies by education level within stated hourly ranges; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and fringe perks.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
