Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification, and opportunities for growth into leadership and BCBA paths.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (optional Saturdays)
- Experience with play-based ABA therapy or children ages 18 months to 8 years (preferred)
- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics as needed
