Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods; follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Must have an active RBT certification and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time hours with benefits including health insurance, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities into leadership or BCBA paths. Location: Flower Mound, TX. Competitive pay scales by education level ($17–$23.50/hr for HS/Assoc, $18–$25.50/hr for Bachelor's, $19–$27/hr for Master's).
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
