Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help kids learn through movement, reading, and hands-on activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Collaborate with a supportive team to help children grow and succeed. Work one-on-one with active pacing, requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, and crouch. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, with optional Saturday coverage based on patient needs. Complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
