One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed; opportunities for growth into Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA through Everest Program; guaranteed full-time hours with progression, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
