Job Summary
Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team. Role is full-time with scheduled hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (optional Saturdays based on patient needs). Location: Spring, TX. Requires an active RBT certification; paid training and certification support available; growth opportunities into clinical administration, operations management, or BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
