Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time role with guaranteed hours and opportunities for growth leading to leadership or BCBA-path programs. Must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Includes opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and interacting with young children
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
