Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; includes guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and growth opportunities toward clinical roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, sitting, crouching, and getting on/off the floor
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Must be 18 years or older
