Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role is full-time with daytime hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; optional Saturdays), located at ABC’s Colorado Springs clinic. RBT certification is required or must be completed within 20 days of hire; compensation varies by education level, with higher ranges for higher degrees.
