Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Role requires Active RBT Certification and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time position located in Shoreview, MN. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with varied physical activity including sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
