Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Stay active and engaged throughout sessions, collaborate with a supportive team, and assist with nearby clinic coverage when needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Maintain an active pace while working with young children and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
