Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, and maintain a safe therapy environment. Requires active RBT certification with willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays; located in Shakopee, MN. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
