Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, follow personalized treatment plans, and collect simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role includes guaranteed full-time hours with paid RBT certification training, and opportunities to advance into clinical administration, operations management, and BCBA pathways. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; location in Austin, TX.
