Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One-on-one ABA therapy role working with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Promotion paths available into Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA roles through the Everest Program. Requires at least 18 years old, high school diploma (or equivalent), ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Full-time schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; location in Katy, TX. Health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and additional benefits provided.
