Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Opportunities for growth into Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, and BCBA roles through the Everest Program; guaranteed full-time hours and regular raises. Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
