Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training including RBT certification, opportunities for growth into clinical administrative or BCBA pathways, and a comprehensive benefits package. Includes daytime hours (8am-5pm, M-F) with optional Saturdays, and a clear path to advancement through the Everest Program and leadership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Eligible to work at least 18 years old
