Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through engaging activities. Must hold an active RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 20 days of hire; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time position in Glendale, AZ with opportunities for growth into clinical administration or BCBA-level roles. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
