Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborate with a supportive team focused on kids’ growth. The role includes guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, and opportunities for advancement into leadership and clinical pathways.
