Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data while working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Stay active and engaged throughout sessions, collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed. You will also assist with nearby clinic coverage when additional support is needed. This role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification training, and a clear path to leadership or BCBA roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
