Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a supportive team environment. The role emphasizes staying active during therapy sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy space, and potential growth into leadership or clinical-administration paths within ABC, including pathways to BCBA through the Everest Program. The position offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, 90% health coverage, holidays, PTO, and additional benefits. You will be scheduled Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; located at ABC Clinic in San Antonio, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset and potential to support nearby ABC clinic as needed
