Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBT role in Naperville, IL: provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and facilitating play-based activities to promote learning. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and support growth toward clinical goals. Full-time schedule (8am–5pm; Saturdays optional based on patient needs) with opportunities for advancement into clinical or administrative paths and paid RBT certification. Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans, engaging children through movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and staying actively engaged throughout sessions.
