Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. You will help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours with promotions/leadership paths, paid training including RBT certification, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs; willingness to complete the RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Training and growth opportunities include potential movement into clinical administrator roles, operations management, and BCBA pathways; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays depending on patient needs.
