Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This role is full-time with daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional). Training and paid RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for growth into administrative, operations, and advanced clinical pathways.
