Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based strategies. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays; dedicated to growth, training, and advancement within ABC. Must hold an active RBT certification and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
