Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and pursue growth opportunities, including paid RBT certification and potential advancement to roles like Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA-track opportunities. Expect Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, in Garner, NC. Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
