Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years at ABC Clinic in El Paso. Role involves following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Requires active RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire; high school diploma or associate’s degree; full-time schedule with predictable daytime hours (some Saturdays available); physical ability to assist children and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
