Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The position is full-time with predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and optional Saturdays. Certification requirements include active RBT certification with paid training and the ability to complete the RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Growth opportunities include pathways to Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, and BCBA roles. Educational pay bands are provided by education level (HS/Associate: $17–$23.50/hr; Bachelor: $18–$25.50/hr; Master: $19–$27/hr). Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
