Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; assist children in learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain an active, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; strong growth path (clinical administrator, operations manager, and BCBA opportunities); guaranteed full-time hours with paid training and ongoing raises; position requires active RBT certification and is based in Surprise, AZ; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on client needs; high emphasis on growth and development within clinic environment; competitive pay adjusted by education level.
