Job Summary
Role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through interactive activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a safe, organized environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The position requires an Active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with full-time hours Monday–Friday (8:00–17:00) and optional Saturdays. Pay varies by education level ($20.25–$28/hour depending on credentials) and opportunities for growth into leadership or BCBA pathways are highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule (with optional Saturdays)
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
