Job Summary
In this full-time role, you will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. You will also have the opportunity to grow into leadership or clinical roles and receive paid RBT certification during onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
